1. Description Of Service
VisionQ provide storage for data from IoT devices. IoT devices upload data via LoRa network.
User pays for data from IoT devices as subscription for selected period.

2. Responsibility
You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS IS" and that VisionQ assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, failure to deliver information,
or failure to store information.
As such, VisionQ cannot warrant or guaranty the successful transmission of any content using the service.
VisionQ is not responsible for data uploaded by IP IoT devices.
3. Privacy
VisionQ will use email addresses to send messages related to VisionQ service only.
VisionQ will not use email addresses to send spam and will not provide these addresses to any third party.
Data sent by IP IoT device are property of the the IoT device's owner.
VisionQ will not provide these data to third party without data's owner approval.
VisionQ reserves the right to delete data that content violates any applicable law.
VisionQ reserves the right to delete VisionQ account of IoT device or IoT device owner's account, when the IoT device periodically send content violating any applicable law.
